The Institute of Security and Strategy Foundation is a think tank that supports the process of building and promoting strategic thinking in Poland. We are the only think tank in Poland bringing together domestic and foreign experts with different political views and outstandingm professional achievements, who devote themselves to building a long-term and efficient security and defense policy for Poland. Openness to new ideas, unconventional approaches to issues of internal and international security, the application of expert debate allows for multi-vector definition of threats and allows IBiS to provide tailored analytic solutions. Our strong asset is non-partisanship and the equal treatment of all opinions and points of view aimed at ensuring a stable and prosperous for future generations of Poles.

Capt. (N) ret. Lukasz Boguszewski is a Military University of Technology, Naval War College and Postgraduate Studies in Defense Policy at the Art of War Academy graduate.
During his military service, he was involved, among others, in servicing aircraft in the Naval Aviation Brigade. He served as the ADC to the Chief of the Navy, Head of the Department of Protocol of the General Commander of the Armed Forces and as a senior specialist in the Gabinet of the Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense.
The last stage of the service was devoted to work as the chief specialist in the leadership of the Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defense responsible for the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces. He collaborated on projects WISŁA, HOMAR, Planes VIP and ORKA. Responsible for cooperation with external entities, the media and strategic communication.
PhD student at the Art of War Academy  co-author and coordinator of postgraduate studies in the management of the armaments industry at Art of War Academy. Former lecturer at the Art of War Academy and the Academy of Young Diplomats. Former Cyberdefence24.pl expert.
