The Institute of Security and Strategy Foundation is a think tank that supports the process of building and promoting strategic thinking in Poland. We are the only think tank in Poland bringing together domestic and foreign experts with different political views and outstandingm professional achievements, who devote themselves to building a long-term and efficient security and defense policy for Poland. Openness to new ideas, unconventional approaches to issues of internal and international security, the application of expert debate allows for multi-vector definition of threats and allows IBiS to provide tailored analytic solutions. Our strong asset is non-partisanship and the equal treatment of all opinions and points of view aimed at ensuring a stable and prosperous for future generations of Poles.

Lt. Col. ret. PhD. eng. – a retired officer of military special units, the Government Protection Bureau and the Central Anticorruption Bureau. Former director of the Branch of Preventive Protection and Internal Security of the BOR and the Security Department of the CBA. He also carried out tasks outside of Poland, in a dozen other countries, including Iraq and Afghanistan. Expert in the field of security systems and auditor, with particular emphasis on information safety as well as people and objects with an increased level of threat.

He graduated in management, political science, international and internal security as well as diplomacy in Poland, as well as under scholarship programs in the USA and Israel. He defended his doctorate at the Warsaw University Academic lecturer specializing in sociology of safety and security.  Author of many scientific and specialist publications, including the book “Terrorism-manipulation of fear”.
